  • Generally, starting with 2-3 sessions per week is a good balance for most people to see improvements in strength and flexibility. As you become more experienced and comfortable with the exercises, you can gradually increase the frequency.

  • Booking a session at Pilaform is easy! Simply visit our Schedule page and navigate to the booking section, where you can view available class times and reserve your spot.

  • Absolutely! We welcome individuals of all experience levels, including beginners. Private sessions are recommended for beginners, but beginners are more than welcome to join in on group classes as well.

  • Private or semi-private sessions are always recommended for customized sessions related to injuries. However, group classes can be appropriate depending on the injury and severity.

  • Absolutely! We offer specialty prenatal and postnatal group classes, and private and semi-private sessions can be specially tailored to your body's needs and goals.

    It's important to consult with your healthcare provider before starting any exercise program, including Pilates, to ensure it's safe for you and your baby. Once you have the green light, our experienced instructors will work closely with you to modify exercises and provide guidance tailored to your specific needs and stage of pregnancy, ensuring a safe and effective workout experience.

  • Wear anything you feel comfortable exercising in. Our Pilates practice incorporates inversions and straddle stretches, so if you prefer to wear baggy shorts, a tight fitted short layer underneath would be ideal. Socks or bare feet are welcome. If you prefer socks, grippy socks are recommended and available for sale.

  • Cancellation for group classes must be made a minimum of 6 hours prior. Private, and semi-private cancellations must be made a minimum of 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
